We provide, P&P/ REO Foreclosure / Tenant Turnovers for both residential and commercial properties.

What we do on the foreclosure side, we offer to Landlords as well.
On the foreclosure side of Stronghold Property Services LLC, we are experienced, and familiar with services needed to bring a Bank Owned property up to marketing status, and keep it maintained until it gets sold. We are experienced and familiar with work on FNMA, FHLMC, HUD, and other client's properties.
While most vendors may specialize in one particular service, which leaves most realtors having to call multiple people just to get one property completed, we provide a multitude of those services ourselves, taking much more of the burden off your shoulders from having to find that many more vendors.

Services include, but are not limited to:
- Debris removal of items left by previous occupant on the exterior and interior of the property.
- Yard maintenance to maintain the grass, trim back potential damaging vegetation from the building, walkway edging, and keeping the driveway, walkways, patios, etc. free and clean of debris.
- Property Beautification to enhance the appearance of the grounds with mulch, flowers, hedge trimming and more.
- Safety Hazard Remediation service of the property to correct various items needing attention. Attention to trip hazards, need for smoke and Co2 detectors, uncapped electrical wires, loose cords and more.
- A Sales Clean is provided to clean the property and bring it up to a higher standard that is welcoming.
Once the property has been brought up to marketing status, we will provide routine maintenance weekly to care for the yard and monthly to provide a refresh on maid service, until the property is sold.
We are available to assist with, and begin routine services for your current inventory, and beginning Initial Services for incoming inventory that you may have.
A representative will meet with you to determine a plan of action on what you need, how we may be of assistance to you, and begin scheduling to complete the tasks at hand.
